3. Estimate and consultation requests
Submitting a form, sending an email or speaking with our team does not create a contractor-client relationship or require either party to proceed. Online descriptions and preliminary conversations are not binding offers.
A price, scope or timeline becomes binding only when it is included in a written proposal or service agreement accepted by both parties. Estimates may change after inspection, measurement, product selection or discovery of hidden conditions.
4. Project agreements and payment
Each project may be governed by a separate written agreement describing scope, materials, exclusions, schedule, payment terms, change orders, permits, warranties and cancellation rights. You are responsible for reviewing that agreement before signing.
- Deposits and progress payments are due as stated in the signed agreement.
- Additional or changed work requires written approval and may change price and schedule.
- Past-due amounts may be subject to collection costs or other remedies permitted by law and the signed agreement.
5. Scheduling, access and cancellation
Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Weather, inspections, permits, product availability, site conditions and events outside reasonable control can affect the schedule.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable property access at scheduled times. Rescheduling and cancellation are subject to the signed project agreement and any rights required by applicable consumer law.
6. Property conditions and customer responsibilities
You are responsible for disclosing known hazards, leaks, structural issues, utility locations, access restrictions, association rules and other facts that may affect the work. Hidden damage, code issues, hazardous materials or unsuitable existing construction may require additional work and a written change order.
Permit responsibilities, product selections, preparation work and protection of personal belongings will be stated in the project agreement.
7. Products and warranties
Any workmanship warranty will be described in the signed agreement. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may require registration, maintenance or other conditions. Except as required by law or expressly stated in writing, website content does not create a warranty.
8. Third-party services and links
